Notice of the Filing of an Application for Permanent Employment Certification
The following notices are posted as a result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification for these job opportunities. These postings will remain in public view for a period of at least 10 consecutive business days and must be made no more than 180 and no less than 30 days prior to filing the permanent labor certification application.
Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Security
Responsibilities: Teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate level in Information Systems, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics, and FinTech (e.g., application development, systems analysis & design, IS infrastructure, business analytics, healthcare informatics, electronic health records, digital payments, etc.). Research and scholarship in the area of expertise, and professional service to the Department, College, and University. Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications: A doctorate, or the foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Security and Assurance, Business/Health Analytics, or Management Science, or a related discipline, is required.

Lecturer of Data Science and Analytics
Responsibilities: A commitment to excellence in teaching and service to the university, department and/or discipline is expected of all non-tenure track faculty. Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the area of Statistics, Data Science, and Analytics. Service to School, College, University, and/or professional community is expected. Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications: a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics or a closely related discipline, or a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
