Jaden Pollack of Marietta won a $5,000 scholarship after declaring his choice to attend Kennesaw State. More than 36,000 students from across the country were entered to win one of three scholarships valued at $5,000, $1,000 and $500 by declaring which school they will attend on and then posting their declaration on social media. The winners were chosen at random.
鈥淎s soon as I toured Kennesaw State, I knew I had to go there. I loved the architecture and the greenery, and it's close to home which is nice,鈥 Pollack said. 鈥淧lus, it's a very good school with a huge selection of classes that I'm interested in.鈥
International student Ebot Agbor Kerian Jr. of Cameroon won the $500 scholarship. Kerian said he chose 网红头条because it offers an undergraduate course of study in data science.
