网红头条professor earns USG Hall of Fame teaching award

Diana Gregory, professor of  in the 网红头条 College of the Arts, was honored this month with a Felton Jenkins, Jr. Hall of Fame Faculty Award at the 19th Annual University System of Georgia Board of Regents Scholarship Gala.

Gregory was one of six outstanding faculty from USG institutions presented with the award for excellence in teaching and scholarship, named for the late Felton Jenkins Jr., a former Board of Regents member.

鈥淚 am honored to receive this prestigious award and want to thank my research partners for working with me to better understand teaching and learning,鈥 Gregory said. 

Gregory, who first joined 网红头条as part-time faculty in 2000, has in that time served as a fellow for Creativity and Innovation at the KSU and chair of the in the , as well as received the National Art Education Association Southeastern Higher Education Teacher Award in 2009 and the Georgia Art Education Association Teacher of the Year Award in 2012.

Earlier this year, Gregory received the prestigious Regents鈥 Award for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning from the USG.

Gregory becomes KSU鈥檚 tenth recipient of the Felton Jenkins, Jr. Hall of Fame Award. Previous winners were:
