CITI Training Information
网红头条 subscribes to the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) to provide online training modules in the different Research Compliance areas. CITI training allows flexibility for researchers to complete training on their own time, with the ability to stop and return to training while saving their progress. Each of the Compliance Committees have required CITI training for those who wish to submit research protocols for committee approval.
When you first affiliate your CITI account with KSU, you are taken through a series of questions to determine what courses should be added to your list. If you need to add additional training, you can use the 鈥淎dd Courses鈥 button at the bottom of your Courses page. You will be taken through the questionnaire again to help you add the new courses.
Make sure to use your KSU email ({NetID}@kennesaw.edu or {NetID}@students.kennesaw.edu) as your Institutional Email Address to ensure that your training can be seen within the Cayuse system. This will help streamline the approval process for protocols submitted in Cayuse.
Before beginning any training, please ensure that you have enrolled in the proper courses. Students whose instructors are requiring CITI for their classes should reach out to their instructor first, since the Office of Research Compliance cannot determine what CITI courses you need. If you have any questions about the exact course titles needed after going through the questionnaire, you can email researchcomp@kennesaw.edu.
