About Us

KSU Student Media (KSUSM) offers students the opportunity to gain experience in print, broadcast, and online media, advertising, PR, graphic design, and web design, and more.

KSUSM consists of The Sentinel newspaper, The Peak magazine, Owl Radio, and the supporting Marketing Team. All students are invited to participate in one or more media groups regardless of major, year in school, or previous experience. Volunteer and paid positions are available. In addition to obtaining specialized skills, making friends, and making a difference, many students have used their experience to earn internships and jobs following graduation.
